Dilts is one of the founders of NLP University. Recognized internationally as one of the foremost Developers, Trainers and Masters of NLP. He has been doing tremendous work on developing NLP since 1975 and had worked with Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the founders of NLP, for a long time. He has written some 20 books, namely 'Changing Belief Systems with NLP', 'Tools for Dreamers Modeling with NLP', 'From Coach to Awakener', and has co-authored the 'The Encyclopedia of Systemic Neuro-Linguistic Programming and NLP New Coding' with Judith Delozier.
