Ian White is the creator of Australian Bush Flower Essences

Ian grew up in the Australian bush. As a young boy his grandmother, like her mother before her, specialised in using Australian plants and would often take him bush walking. From her deep understanding, she would point out the many healing plants and flowers. He learned a profound respect for nature through her and went on to become a practitioner and a pioneer working with and researching the rare remedial qualities of Australian native plants.

Chung Sze grew up in Melbourne, Australia and studied her 5 year double degree in osteopathy and Clinical Science at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. Chung Sze has been practicing in New Zealand since 2004 and continues to be registered there, though she has also been registered in Australia in the past. She treats a variety of joint and muscle sprains, specialising in back pain, neck pain, headaches and Migraines. Her techniques can range from Cranial, Biodynamics, Functional, Visceral, Balance ligamentous tension, Bowen therapy, Soft tissue massage and also gentle manipulation. Chung Sze believes in long term recovery without long term continual treatments therefore often offers lifestyle and dietary advice as well as exercise prescription.

Chung Sze also has a special interest in Pre and Post labour spinal care, preparing the spine and pelvis to optimise the space of the pelvic cavity before child birth in order to maximise the fluidity in the process of labour. Post labour care can include realigning the pelvic cavity to prevent ongoing low back pain and urinary incontinence. Chung Sze also offers neonate cranial bone and spinal treatments to ease colic, encourage feeding and aid better sleeping patterns.

Osteopathic Treatments can also increase lymphatic drainage to maximise circulation in our systems, increase our immunity and ensure detoxification in our bodies.

Chung Sze, born in Hong Kong is native in both English and Cantonese and can communicate in Mandarin. In her spare time she enjoys music and a whole range of sports including squash, indoor soccer and mountain hiking.
