Q & A

Dear Peter,

I used to attend Ashtanga yoga in a small cosy yoga school, with about 20 to 30 people in a class. I like the atmosphere where the teacher knows everyone and it was a very family-liked environment. Unfortunately, the school has been closed down. I've been searching for similar type of Ashtang yoga school on Hong Kong island but to no avail.

If you know of any, I would be grateful if you can let me know.

Janet is a qualified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Therapist as well as an accredited member of the Spiritual Navigator. She has been an accredited member of the Surrey Spiritual Healers Association since 1985 when she founded Inspiration, one of the first spiritual centres in West London. For nearly 20 years she presented courses from this centre in meditation, past life regression, rituals and ceremonies, psychotherapy and spiritual development.

Dr Alok PandeyDr Alok Pandey - a psychiatrist and a philosopher, a medical doctor by profession was inspired and moved by Sri Aurobindo's - the revolutionary yogi and poet's - vision of a Divine Life in a Divine Body. Dr Pandey has held several workshops all over the world and written extensively on yoga, psychology, health and other related subjects. He is the co-editor of a quarterly "New Approaches to Health and Healing" and has authored a book called "Death and Dying and Beyond" published in 2008.
Currently settled in Pondicherry, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, he is on his way to give talks and conduct seminars in the USA and has kindly consented to visit HK and be with us.
