Dr Heber obviously left a mark here because this is the 3rd enquiry in the last 2 years for him.
If you go to my archives section and open up August 2006 and click on Q&A, you'll find the following response. I’ll print it below again.
Dr. Heber went back to Europe about a year ago, He lives in Austria, Innsbruck. I am afraid, I don't know any further details. If and when he might be visiting Hong Kong again, I don't know either.
