Dear Peter Lloyd. I hope you can help me. I am a Danish Reiki II practitioner, planning to go on to Reiki master training. The Reiki master with whom I consider training for Reiki master is a Danish based Dane named Michael Walter Rasmussen. In the mid 1990ies he was initiated as a Reiki master in Hong Kong by a master named Margaretta French - who is / was a member of a Hong Kong based Reiki group including a Chinese lady, who is claimed to have been trained by one of Usuis original students.
I would be very grateful, if you could give me any information about Margaretta French and/or the above mentioned group.

I received the email below from Peter Lloyd to whom you made the initial contact regarding me.
I am currently in the UK at the moment on holiday and will be here until mid August. I am now based in New Zealand after 34 years in Hong KOng and have been there for three years but 34 in Hong Kong. During this time I was attuned in Reiki One and Two by Babara McGregor(Australia) a student of Beth Grey who was one of Usuis first attuned Reiki Masters. This was 18 years ago. I then was ased to become a Reiki Master by William Rand who is based in the US and has his own website which you can access and read all about him. I was attuned as a Reiki Master by him in London and one of his first Masters.
I have been teaching Reiki for the last 15 plus years and yes I did attune Micheal here in the UK as it happened in Oxford.
With regards the Chinese lady I have no idea has to who this could be as I have attuned so many people with Reiki 1 and 2 over the years in all parts of world including Japan. I have been very blessed and Reiki has been a gift and I uses it daily and have done a great deal of research regarding the symbols etc and have without doubt changed my teaching in accordance with same.
It has been and still is a wonderful journey.
