Q: Hello Peter,

I am an Italian girl living in Thailand and coming to Hong Kong next week to attend a month Yoga teacher training with Ana Forrest.

I know nothing about Hong Kong but your sites seems to know a lot more so I hope you can help me: Where can I find books in english on holistic, spirituality, zen , yoga subjects in Hong Kong?

A: The biggest English language new age bookstore is the New Age bookshop, 7 Old Bailey St., Central. Reflections in Causeway Bay also has a large stock. 21/F Jing Long Commercial Bldg, 52 Tang Lung St., Causeway Bay. Where can I find a bendable massage table to purchase in Hong Kong (I am a craniosacral practitioner!!!) (Would be happy to offer free sessions as a thank you!!)

I saw them once in a wholesale shop in Kowloon. But don’t know where they are now. Readers?

Where can I find a shop with organic products and organic food supplements?

Here is a selection:

360 is a newish organic supermarket in Central – 3/F, 4/F, Landmark, Peddar St., Central.
Life Wholefoods, 19a Aberdeen St., Soho, Sheung Wan.
Healthgate, 8/F, 108 Des Voeux St., Central/Sheung Wan.
Club O Shop, 7/F, Cheung Ming Bldg, 80-86 Argyle St., (Hak Po st) Mongkok, Kowloon.

Kadoorie Farm sells organic food that they have grown themselves.
There are regular organic food markets monthly in Tai Po  (got to www.fedvmcs.org for dates) and Wanchai - (immigration tower area). (www.hofa.org.hk)

Hello Peter, this is italian Sabina, the tourist in Hong Kong who's attending Ana Forrest's teacher training program.
The trainign is AMAZING. Ana and her husband Jonathan are stunnning teachers and the program is stunning, full of compassioante healing tools. Also both assistants are brilliant, incredibly competent and energetic.

I am honored to attend it!!!

Your therapists (listed in your site) have been sooo helpful it has been a touching experience so I wanted to thank them all again for their great and loving support in finding a bendable massage table which I have got so I'll be able to practice around Thailand, where I currently live.

Thank you all sooo much.

Many thanks also to your precious directions in where to find healthy food in Hong Kong. It has made my stay and training so much easier.

What goes round comes round!
