Joe Pereira is a Catholic priest and a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher from Mumbai, India. He is well known for his work with the needy. In the 1980’s, he worked in Calcutta with Mother Theresa. He began what is now India's largest non-governmental charitable health organization, The Kripa Foundation. Although controversial at the time, he blended his Catholic faith with the practice of yoga and developed a powerful healing tool that he uses to help people of all faiths and backgrounds.
Lamma Activities Centre is looking for a free lance Yoga instructor and also someone to run a holistic evening. Do you know any people on Lamma who are able to run these classes?
Thanks

Hi Gary
The obvious person is Katherine/Yoganidhi who set up the 2nd Lamma Yoga centre behind the bookworm in 2000 and she's back now after a few years in ashrams all over. Then there is Sally Trainor, who is already running classes on Lamma in her house near Power Station Beach. Tanya Kaps has just moved to the island and has taught at Pure for a number of years and full time for 6 years. Her tel: 98496182.
