Meditation and Relaxation Techniques PDF Print E-mail

Hello,

I am a teacher living in Hong Kong and would like to attend some beginner courses over the summer.

I have found my life to be running ragged for some time and have considered finding a new direction for a while. Now is the time.

I really don't know where to start, but I know I need to learn some meditation and relaxation techniques.

Do you have any suggestions? Even a few good books recommendations would be a help.

Thank you

David

Hi David,

Try Neil Irwins kundalini yoga class every monday evening at shakti healing circle @ 7am. I have been doing the classes for 4 months now and have had fast permanent results and the techniques are easy to do at home. It is all I need and has really empowered my life.

I hope this helps.
