small Ashtanga studio PDF Print E-mail
Dear Peter,

I used to attend Ashtanga yoga in a small cosy yoga school, with about 20 to 30 people in a class. I like the atmosphere where the teacher knows everyone and it was a very family-liked environment. Unfortunately, the school has been closed down. I've been searching for similar type of Ashtang yoga school on Hong Kong island but to no avail.

If you know of any, I would be grateful if you can let me know.

Hi

Its too bad Yogasana closed down, Michel did great work for the community. I asked a couple of yoga friends for responses to your question, and here's a reply from my friend Bobsy.
Peter

unfortunately the yogasana studios just closed at the end of december due to rent increases and would have been what you seek. your second best option is to head over to the new mandarin hotel and join their yoga studio which is ashtanga based and usually has small classes etc... otherwise it is pure yoga's mysore style for you where since yogasana closed has around 50 students practicing together....
