Monika is a highly trained and experienced practitioner in Reflexology, a holistic therapy treating the Body, Mind and Spirit. She holds a diploma in Reflexology from her home country of Switzerland and is a member of the International Council of Reflexologists. Her healing journey has also brought her in contact with numerous different therapies in Switzerland and Asia.
