Michelle gained her New Zealand Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Communication and then qualified as Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Timeline Therapist. She was then introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and completed her Advanced Practitioner training in California personally with Gary Craig, the founder of EFT. She is a qualified, certified AAMET Level 3 EFT Practitioner and Trainer.

You can buy food by the kilo here - it's highly rated by Sheung Wan workers. They also offer ecological talks on an occasional basis. This must be one of the best restaurants in HK for vegetarians, the food is clean with plenty of buffet choice and the atmosphere quiet and sanctuary like. well recommended.

I went recently with my son over 7s weekend to find what started at 1pm a totally empty restaurant, a contrast with brantos bustly busyness. soon it began filling up though. We ordered dosas and they came accompanied with some good side dishes. The service very good, the crockery & cutlery, and feel of the place more up market than Woodlands or Brantos. World Trade Center Shop 1001 280 Gloucester Road Causeway Bay Hong Kong Phone: 2881-9966 Along with its sister restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kung Tak Lam is a higher class dining experience, its Shanghainese vegetarian cuisine tasting good. They have organic vegetable options including purchase uncooked. The lunch box is very reasonable, otherwise its slightly pricier than other veggie places - and can go upto $100 each easily.
