Guided Meditation Series –
The Language of the Chakras

Dr. Susan Jamieson has invited Cheryl Preston to lead a guided meditation series, starting on 3rd November.
Cheryl is currently at the well-known Barbara Brennan School of Healing in the US, involving quarterly trips. She is Reiki Master, qualified in both Feng Shui and the study of "Sacred Geometry", such as mandalas.
Are you feeling sluggish? Are you low on energy, feeling too tired to accomplish the things that you’d like to do? Do you recharge your mobile phone, computer… and forget to or not know how to recharge yourself?
Come join our guided meditation series with Cheryl to lead the journey through the many levels our vortexes of power, starting on Monday 3 November, 2003 or Friday 7 November 2003. This will be a series of 5 sessions, the same chakra done on both Monday and Friday. The cost for each session is HK$250 including the lecture, guided meditation, energy alignment and refreshments. Participants must arrive the practice before 1:00pm, 12:30pm if possible, and finish by 2:00pm.
The Living Light of Chakras is a series of guided meditations. Each begins with an informal talk on that week’s highlighted charkra followed by a 30 minute guided meditation. Participants are invited to enjoy a cup of tea before re-emerging into the rest of their day. Our chakra system is our ability to metabolize energy into our body. There are 7 major chakras, spinning wheels of energy, that work together to support our life system. Like musical notes on a scale, these chakras ideally work in balance and harmony with each other to produce the effects of health and harmony in our lives. When this delicately fine arrangement falls out of "synch", we are prompted with messages to correct the balance. Unaccustomed to listening, we typically ignore these messages and the chakra system falls further out of balance, resulting in larger messages for needed balance in the way of low energy, lack of joy, discomfort and possibly disease.
Listen to your body. It is an ally and teacher, reflecting back to you how to find and reestablish your inner balance. Learning about the chakra system will assist you in your journey. Calling awareness through the 7 chakras and internally focusing your intent for health automatically begins the process. Join our guided meditation series to assist you on your path.
