10 Spiritual Success Factors (SSF)
By Raju Harilela

1. Detachment
Continue your work positively, actively, diligently. But watch yourself from afar. Be like the witness. Take the large picture. Detachment keeps your mind calm.

2. Stay In The Light
Spiritually speaking, always do things in work which are proper and honest. If you have to hide from others, you have not followed this rule.

3. Stay On The Positive Side
Many people spend time in lawsuits, and negative side, which takes away from the time that they can spend on the positive. Think what affects your mind the most, and what gives you the most peace.

4. Remember The Higher Goals
Keep focused on the greater good you are doing in your work, and not what recognition, power, and egoistic goals that you are doing. At the end of the day, your work provides jobs, provides food and clothing to the staff you employ.

5. Keep Balanced
Your first priority is your health. Then your family, then the work. Allocate time proportionately to each, rather than just focusing on work.

6. Keep Focused
The spiritual way is to keep focused on what you are doing. Work while you work, play while you play, eat while you eat, and sleep while you sleep. A focused mind can achieve mastery of anything.

7. Know That You Don't Know It All
Approach life not with a full cup, but with an empty one. Know that each of us have a lot to learn, and to be open to that learning. Let people pour their life lessons into your cup.

8. The Abundance Theory
Know that there is more than enough for you, and for everyone else. Do not try to hoard everything to yourself. God gives you what you need to do his work.

9. Accept Change
The only thing in life that is really guaranteed is change. So accept every change gracefully.

10. Perfection In Action
Every action is only perfect if it brings benefit to someone and does not harm anyone.

2. On Looking Within To Find The Answers
The Wise One, Source: Lau Tsu
"The world may be known
Without leaving the house;
The way may be seen
Apart from the windows.
The further you go
The less you will know.
Accordingly, the Wise One
Knows without going
Sees without seeing
Does without doing
."

3. On Your Thoughts & Destiny
Beyond Words, Source: Sw. Satchidananda
"Man is created by thought. What a man thinks, he becomes. Man sows a thought and reaps an action, sows an action, and reaps a habit, sows a habit and reaps a destiny. Man has made his destiny by his thinking."
God + Mind = Man
Man - Mind = God

4. On Your Business Practices
Zero or 100% Source: Sessions with Sw. Satchidananda
A person who takes 100, and gives 0, is a thief
A person who takes 100, and gives 50, is greedy
A person who takes 50, and gives 50, is business
A person who takes 50, and gives 100, is kind and good
A person who takes 0, and gives 100, is a Saint.
