Just to recap what I'm looking for, our company has named next Friday as a day to celebrate the work-life balance concept.  We are highlighting some activities and services that we provide to staff, including social outings, counseling services for staff, participation of staff in our corporate sporting events, corporate gym memberships, providing some work-life balance tips, etc...
