Overcoming Obstacles to Connection
An 8-Week Relationship Course for Couples and Individuals
We are created in connection, wounded in disconnection
and healed in reconnection.
As a committed couple, regardless of whether you have been together for a few months or many years, you can begin the conscious process of transforming negative interactions into opportunities for connection and wholeness, the purpose for which your relationship was intended.
As an individual, you are in an excellent position to begin to prepare for an intimate, committed relationship. Using information gained from past relationships, you can begin the growth process now and reap the benefits in your next relationship! The group process offers you the support and partnership necessary to work towards growth in relationship.
The concepts that enable couples to transform their relationship also serve to help individuals prepare for a satisfying, long-term, intimate relationship.
Begin the process of growth toward wholeness in relationship by:
* learning from your past relationships
* saying “Good-bye” to past relationships
* identifying your emotional wounds from childhood
* identifying the character structure and character defenses you unconsciously developed to cope with your wounds
* understanding the origins of self-hatred and how it functions in developing character structure and partner selection.
Course format includes:

* Written and experiential exercises
* Movie Clips
