The Foundation - a four-week, full-time course in Hong Kong, which will immerse students in the tradition of Anusara Yoga and help to develop the fundamental skills necessary to teach.
This comprehensive and life transformative programme will be lead by Pure Yoga's Founding Teacher Patrick Creelman. Patrick brings his extensive background of Anusara Yoga training from John Friend, together with a international teachers who will present on a wide variety of topics including Yoga Philosophy, Sanskrit and Ayurveda.
"The Foundation" is suitable for dedicated students and aspiring teachers. This programme is intended to accomplish 3 main goals:
1. Offer a well-guided and strongly supported container for committed yoga students to deepen their yoga experience on every level: mind, body and spirit. We feel this is an investment in a better life.
2. Set a solid foundation for teaching beginner-level Hatha Yoga classes for new teachers
3. Take aspiring teachers to the next level.
Mission Statement
We offer this training in an effort to grow our community of committed yoga practitioners, empowering those who demonstrate dedication to a personal practice, by sharing the knowledge, skills and tools we have learned so they too can start teaching yoga.
We intend to guide trainees toward a healthy self-confidence, while at the same time invoking in them a sense of humility and excitement, knowing that they are at the beginning of a long journey.

Dr. Andrea Schroepel, PH.D. is a Neurobiologist and Naturopath. She has been practicing NAET for almost 10 years. She brought NAET to Germany and has been one of the few teachers of the NAET basic and advanced seminars first in Germany and now also in South Africa, Bali, Hong Kong and Singapore. She runs two successful private practices in Germany using mostly the NAET technique. It is her passion to carry NAET into the world and educate others about this life changing system.
