Q & A

Dear Peter,

I used to attend Ashtanga yoga in a small cosy yoga school, with about 20 to 30 people in a class. I like the atmosphere where the teacher knows everyone and it was a very family-liked environment. Unfortunately, the school has been closed down. I've been searching for similar type of Ashtang yoga school on Hong Kong island but to no avail.

If you know of any, I would be grateful if you can let me know.

The Digestive Tract
This day and a half practical course will present the Digestive Tract. This
will introduce simple manual therapy techniques to decrease muscle spasm and
fascial tension of the organs of the digestive tract. These techniques can
be used on all patient populations and will lead to changes in abdominal
pain and cramping, hemorrhoids and bowel function, indigestion and acid
reflux, colic in infants, food poisoning, and all other digestive related
symptoms. Musculoskeletal disorders, including low back, thoracic,
cervical, shoulder and hip joint dysfunction are often affected by disorders
of the internal organs. Practitioners will learn how to integrate these
techniques into their musculoskeletal protocols for their orthopedic patient
