Reversing the effects of persistent and chronic pain conditions.

Participants will:
1.    Identify 3 multiple mechanisms involved in persistent and chronic emotional and physical pain conditions.
2.    Explain how unresolved trauma can be a root cause of pain.
3.    Describe one way to teach self-regulation of pain
4.    Practice 2 techniques effective for treating chronic emotional and physical pain.
5.    Identify a 10 step, skill-based model that helps resolve chronic pain.
6.    Practice one way to resolve inner conflict that prevents optimal response to pain treatment.
